Took on the role of design lead, aligning stakeholders, facilitating collaboration, and keeping the team focused on priorities and deadlines. Designed accessible, visually engaging interfaces aligned with brand goals and targeted user behaviors, including Gen Z engagement.

End-to-end UX design across a complex, data-heavy product, collaborating with Product Managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver user-centered solutions. Conducted and synthesized qualitative and quantitative research to back up design decisions, validate user workflows, and increase user satisfaction. Balanced priorities among concurrent initiatives, adapting quickly to shifting requirements and constraints. Planned and scheduled tests with specific users to understand the problem, and included users who had not previously encountered the issue to gain their perspective.

Supported e-commerce operations and customer communication with a focus on accuracy, fulfillment, and overall experience. Contributed to digital branding and online growth through visual design support, SEO, and paid marketing initiatives.
