Oversee scheduling, budgets and programme for concurrent projects, proactively resolving site constraints and adapting to shifting priorities. Coordinated across multiple consultants and university stakeholders to maintain programme and resolve design constraints on site.

Delivered interior joinery and workspace design for Picton High School (2,000 students), preparing full joinery schedules and detailed documentation for Department of Education submission and EFSG approval. Managed material and finishes selection to meet compliance standards while achieving a high-quality design outcome within budget.

Managed 15+ projects across residential, small-scale commercial and educational sectors — from initial design through Development Approvals (CDC, DA, CC), tender documentation and contract administration. Administered one complete build as Project Architect and contributed as Assistant Project Architect on two further projects, gaining hands-on experience in construction management, site coordination and compliance.
