I’m Evan Rothman, a journalist, ghostwriter and editor based in Cape Town, helping executives, brands and publishers turn what they know into writing people genuinely want to read. For more than two decades I’ve worked across print, digital and broadcast, supporting leaders in the UAE, Southern Africa and the UK with clear, credible thought leadership and business storytelling.

Today I run my work across three connected tracks: writing in the voice of CEOs and senior leaders; building brand and campaign content such as scripts, storyboards, email newsletters and press releases; and leading long-form editorial for INNOVATE®, Women of the Future and Winning the Away Game. My approach is simple—find the real story, structure it with editorial discipline, and make sure it lands with the audience.
