Hi, I’m Evie Walters, a glass-half-full menswear designer with a track record creating across menswear, womenswear, knitwear and childrenswear for high-street and premium brands. I’m currently designing for the Yelir brand at Dewhirst, contributing to full ranges with a two-person team and taking concepts from idea to sign-off, while also owning graphic design elements to bring concepts to life. Previously, I designed capsules and seasonal collections for brands including Jack Wills, Slazenger, Everlast and No Fear, and I’ve managed end-to-end design processes from concept through CADs and tech packs to factory liaison and sample sign-off. Earlier in my career, I kicked off my journey designing for four prominent high-street suppliers and collaborated with Urban Outfitters, ASOS, Topman and River Island. I’ve built a love for tech packs, attended Premier Vision, Texworld and Pitti Uomo, and built lasting relationships with mills while mastering the design and product development cycle. Outside work, I run a Depop shop and enjoy photography with my go-to digital camera.
