    Marchex is a call and conversational analytics company that specializes in using artificial intelligence to analyze conversation data between businesses and customers.

    With new leadership, the company shifted from focusing on call tracking to conversational AI. I refreshed the brand identity by removing magenta and green from the palette, emphasizing blues and grays, and creating a darker, more high-tech look.

    I designed a new hexagon grid brand pattern and applied it across PowerPoint, collateral, and social media templates. The process was highly iterative, evolving from a light refresh to a more comprehensive update. The final result was well received and aligned with the company’s new positioning.
