Led architecture and development strategy for a new Subway Brazil mobile app rewritten from scratch in Flutter, with native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) code, replacing a legacy Ionic version. Established a multi-repo architecture to ensure modularity and scalability, and set up CI/CD pipelines using Fastlane and GitLab to automate builds and releases. Contributed to the development of self-service kiosks for Subway and Starbucks in Brazil, and mentored teammates to improve collaboration in a multicultural team. Drove API integration and coordinated backend work to support mobile features.

Contributed to multiple client projects across outsourced and non-outsourced engagements, building mobile apps with Flutter, Kotlin, and Swift, and integrating with AWS Cognito for authentication.
