About
Hi, I’m Fabián Guamaní Aldaz, a 2D animator, director, and writer with over a decade of experience turning ideas into compelling visuals. I specialize in storytelling, visual development, and creating engaging content for films, series, and motion graphics, guiding projects from concept to completion.
I work primarily as a freelance animator and illustrator for clients worldwide, and I develop independent short films and TV/web series such as Frontier, Gran Lago, Ugamú, and Bibi da Lolo. I’ve also taught and mentored at the Institute of Visual Arts in Quito and have a background in sculpture, which informs my approach to form and texture.
