Engaged in pre-audit of business & non-business payments, CAPEX, OPEX, and IOMs. Keep track and monitored Audit Queries w.r.t pre-audit. Prepare Monthly Descriptive & Infographic Pre-Audit Reports. Perform Internal Control Testing of governance documents and Cost-Benefit Analysis of branches.

Identify potential risk in the business processes and suggest risk mitigation and management strategies. Test the effectiveness of implemented internal controls. Communicate risk findings and recommendation to the management through audit/risk reports. Prepared Annual Audit and Risk Assessment Plan. Lead the team in Business Process Re-engineering Project and review designed policies and procedures. Assist in implementation of Budgeting and Project Management mechanism. Assist in implementation of cloud-based ERP (Odoo).
