I’m Franklin Pugh, a composer, arranger, band director, and performer with more than thirty years of experience creating music for both the stage and the classroom. Based in Wytheville, Virginia, I write and arrange original works, develop ensemble and marching band repertoire, and contribute to performances through active musicianship.
