Oversaw the end-to-end creative delivery lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and high quality. Developed and implemented strategic operational policies, drove continuous improvement, and optimized workflows. Responsible for client relations and satisfaction strategies, pricing models, and business strategies. Led talent acquisition and professional development for the Delivery team.

Started as Head of Project Management with the goal of building a fully functioning project management team with efficient ways of working. Developed several offerings and SOPs (e.g., Brand Platforms and Visual Identities). Recruited project managers and creatives. Acted as Marketing advisor, Creative Director and Brand Strategist in client projects.
