Team Leader at The Reader Organisation

I am the team leader for the social enterprise within The Reader at Calderstones Park. The site includes a cafe, an ice cream parlor, and an event space that hosts weddings, funerals, parties, and more. Each section is a fast-paced, busy environment, and I manage a full team, schedule breaks, allocate tasks, and ensure shifts run smoothly. Over five years I have gained a broad range of skills including barista training, cash handling, POS operation, cocktail training, food service, and face-to-face customer service. This role has equipped me with the ability to adapt to different environments and to bring a proactive, collaborative approach to any future position.
