Joined mid-production to stabilize an aggressive schedule and smooth out coordination challenges. Partnered with producers on pipeline management, budgeting, scheduling, staffing and milestone delivery. Oversaw collaboration between multiple studios and vendors (Mikros, Cinesite) across several time zones. Fostered transparent communication between vendor teams and in-house departments, aligning creative goals with production realities. Streamlined feedback and review flow between department heads and production, reducing delays and confusion.

Mentored and developed a newly formed production team, building confidence and cohesion early in the show’s life cycle.
