I am Gemma, the founder of boutique multi- disciplinary interior design studio House of Betula. I am an award-winning Interior Designer with a BA (Hons) in Interior Architecture and over 14 years of experience in luxury design. Before launching House of Betula, I worked across high-end residential and commercial projects and luxury show homes as Head of Design & Senior Interior Designer leading design studios in London and Bristol. The experience earned me two International Property Awards, for Best Apartment and Best Show Home, and gave me an instinctive understanding of what makes a space feel truly exceptional. House of Betula was established from my belief that great design should do more than look beautiful. It should feel like you. I work closely with every client to create spaces that are calm, thoughtful and unique to them, spaces that support the rhythm of daily life and tell the story of the people who live there. My background in interior architecture shapes the way I design, with a strong focus on spatial flow and how each space is used day to day.
