He currently serves as Head of the Department of Creative Industries at Barleti University, Tirana, where he oversees academic programs in Architecture, Interior & Product Design, and Multimedia Design. With a PhD in Architecture and Urban Design, Professor Papa’s work bridges design theory, digital technology, and material experimentation.
