Maintained active communication with customers to triage issues, adapt to changing requirements, and prioritize tickets. Published monthly incident reports and tracked COVID test results across SF, Phoenix, and Austin; coordinated cross-functional safety meetings with facility/vehicle tech teams, security, operations, and HR.

Led Cority integration and launch of Health & Safety Compliance SaaS, improving injury reporting SOP for 750+ workers. Sourced, installed, and trained a 10-person team to develop a single source of truth for workplace safety metrics. Used MuleSoft to connect Workday and Cority APIs, syncing employee data to automate compliance reporting. Created step-by-step Confluence docs covering software integrations, reporting tools, and safety compliance SOPs. Developed and published COVID dashboards across offices by leveraging public and workforce data with Google Apps Script.
