I design to make complexity clear. With over 15 years in product and UX, I’ve worked across consumer platforms with millions of users, online communities, and learning platforms. I believe design is not only problem solving, but also about creating experiences that people trust and enjoy. My path has been multidisciplinary: I’ve worked as a designer, facilitator, and strategist, so I know how to connect user needs with business goals and translate ideas into solutions that are desirable, feasible, and sustainable. Along the way I’ve built design systems, shaped booking flows at global scale, and led the creation of e-commerce dashboards and app suites from the ground up. Beyond design, I draw inspiration from literature, art, philosophy, psychology, and technology. These perspectives help me question assumptions, bring fresh ideas, and approach design problems from angles that a purely technical lens would miss. Collaboration is central to how I work: I listen carefully, turn feedback into actionable improvements, and facilitate workshops that help align diverse teams around shared goals.
