I am a South African-born, multi-award-winning, multimedia investigative journalist, TV documentary producer, author and writer on contemporary culture. From 2007 to 2022 I was a Senior Specialist Producer with Special Assignment (SABC3), followed by a stint with Fokus – SABC2’s Afrikaans-language Current Affairs Programme from 2022 to 2024. Since retiring in July 2024, I’ve pursued independent filmmaking, researching and directing projects such as the Unsung Heroes series, funded by NFVF and the Department of Sport, Arts & Culture.
