Safely transport and deliver kegs, casks and packaged goods to pubs and licensed premises. Load and unload heavy goods using correct manual handling techniques and lifting equipment. Check delivery notes, verify stock, and ensure accurate order fulfillment. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, complete vehicle checks, and report faults. Provide excellent customer service by liaising with clients and site staff. Adhere to health and safety regulations and work with drivers and warehouse teams to plan efficient routes. Handle full and empty kegs and returns with proper documentation.

Liaise with customers via phone, social media and email; answer queries; assist with timetables, billing requests, route planning and complaints. Forward recommendations to teams for service improvement. Stay up to date with routes, prices and traffic reports. Investigate incidents and relay key information to customers; manage post and communications.

Stock administration and control; maintain stock accuracy with regular PI checks; identify and report CTQ processes; monitor non-conformance and suggest resolutions. Plan efficient warehouse layout and participate in stock counts. Process returns, scrap assets, laser engrave GHD assets, embroider names, process orders, and handle mail and sorting. Maintain open pallet reports and ensure accurate picking, packing and dispatching of orders.
