I have 10 years using data analysis to detect problems and provide actionable insights at primarily healthcare companies with a focus on their technology and finance portion of the business. The last 4 years I have concentrated on membership/subscription model of businesses and improving the consumer experience through various lenses. I have worked cross functionally in these roles with many departments including marketing, customer service, growth, product, clinical, actuarial and more with all levels from the Chief Medicare Officer to entry level individuals to communicate what I believe the solutions should be.
More recently at Hims and Hers, I focus on a portion of the funnel where the patient submits the intake form to the subscription creation and how to retain the consumer throughout the experience and reduce churn after subscription. I identify gaps the consumers and providers experience through data analysis and provide actionable insights to leadership to improve not only the mentioned experience but also the net income.
