Henrique Luciani

I’m a Product Designer / UX Designer with 8+ years of experience designing and scaling mobile and web products, primarily in fintech and consumer apps.

I’ve led end-to-end product design for platforms used by 50,000+ users, working across discovery, UX strategy, interaction design, design systems, and delivery. My background blends strong UX craft with product thinking, allowing me to design experiences that are not only intuitive, but also aligned with business goals and technical constraints.

I work comfortably with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, leadership), translating complex problems into clear, usable solutions. I’m especially strong in onboarding, activation, growth flows, and system-level UX, and I’m used to operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Clients typically work with me when they need:

Clear UX direction for complex products

Scalable design systems

High-quality execution with product ownership mindset

Available for remote freelance and contract work.
