    I recently worked on visualizing a new generation of automated systems for hospital CSSDs (Central Sterile Services Departments), focused on ensuring the safe and sterile processing of surgical instruments.

    The project included high-end product visualizations of individual machines, detailed animations demonstrating how the robotic systems operate, and interior environment designs for the soiled, clean, and sterile zones. These visualizations were developed to clearly illustrate the workflow and movement of surgical instruments through washing, disinfection, and sterilization processes within a modern CSSD facility.

    All 3D models were created in SolidWorks, with visualizations produced in KeyShot and fluid simulations developed in Blender. Final post-production and motion work were completed using Photoshop and After Effects.

    By combining technical accuracy with clear visual storytelling, the material helps communicate complex automated processes, spatial planning, and hygiene flows to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
