I’ve built and scaled products across crypto exchanges, on-chain analytics, stablecoin payments, tokenized marketplaces, and government digital infrastructure. I specialize in early-stage execution, KPI ownership, and translating complex architectures into bankable, deployable systems.

As Founder & CEO of Oshen, I lead a portfolio of production-oriented platforms including OshenPay (stablecoin-to-local payments), OPX Marketplace (tokenized real-estate & income assets), and national-scale initiatives like NDTS (National Digital Trust System) and NREP (National Registry & Employment Platform). I also originated the Bosaso Compute Corridor a renewables-powered compute and Bitcoin mining concept designed to monetize energy, generate FX, and bootstrap digital state infrastructure.

My work spans digital identity and credentials (with engagements around NIRA Somalia and PID Puntland), public-sector digital transformation, and enterprise blockchain deployments, alongside strategic partnerships to bring production-grade Web3 infrastructure to East Africa.

The through-line is simple: build trust infrastructure, move real money, and ship systems that governments, businesses, and communities can actually use.
