About
I am Hod Al-Afiz bin Md Hilmi, a camera operator and live event crew member based in Kuala Lumpur. I specialize in camera operation, on-site equipment setup, and live coverage for sports, concerts, corporate events, esports, and entertainment. I pride myself on delivering stable, high-quality footage even in fast-paced environments, and I am a reliable team player with strong physical endurance and a commitment to smooth, efficient production execution.
Over the past years, I have delivered support across 20+ live events, served as camera operator for eight+ events (including Mobile Legends World Championship in Indonesia and AFC Champions League in Singapore off-site), and contributed as technical crew for 15+ events (rigging, camera systems, intercom, RF/antenna, and multi-camera operation). I have supported major productions such as AFC Asian Cup, ASEAN Summit, FIBA Basketball, and Free Fire World Championship, and directed my Final Year Short Film (2024) with award recognitions. I am eager to continue growing in live event production and cinematography, and I welcome opportunities to collaborate with creative teams.
