The Smart School Pick-up System is a mobile-based solution designed to improve the safety, efficiency, and management of student pick-up operations in schools. The system is built using Flutter for the mobile application and Firebase for backend services, ensuring real-time data handling and secure communication between users.

The platform connects guardians, students, school administration, and guards in a coordinated system. Each guardian is assigned a unique QR code, which is used during the pick-up process for secure verification. When a guardian arrives, the QR code is scanned, and the system instantly retrieves the associated student details from Firebase.
