Leading a 3-person design team to build Infra Email, overseeing product roadmap and daily design critiques. Designed the Infrastructure & Inbox layers, creating a simplified dashboard for bulk inbox creation and managing complex setups like Google, Microsoft, and private servers. Architected the Campaign Sequencer, building out the UX for multi-step automation and complex pricing models. Developed the Warmup & Deliverability modules, focusing on automated health monitoring and scheduling to keep sender reputations high.
