•Configured, and maintained power infrastructure including Electrical wiring, power generator, transformer, UPS and solar system. •Operate, monitor, and maintain FM and AM transmitters to ensure continuous broadcasting. •Perform commissioning, configuration, and testing of transmission equipment including audio consol/ mixer, sound processors/ enhancers/ultramizer, telephone hybrids, wireless communication devices, microphones, dipole antenna. •Monitor RF parameters such as power output, modulation level, SWR, and frequency stability. •Performed maintenance and troubleshooting of audio broadcast equipment to support daily (17 Hr) live FM transmissions. •Inspected and maintained switchgear, ATS Panel, power distribution panel, and electrical protective devices by commoly used vendor such as Siemens and Schneider Electric. •Create, retain, and analyze failure statistics related to products, initiating corrective actions as needed within manufacturing and in collaboration with engineering teams •Conducted regular site inspections to identified electrical issues and ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements. •Ensured proper installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical/broadcasting systems in compliance with codes and regulations. •Reviewed project execution plans for electrical activities, ensuring alignment with timelines, milestones, and project objectives. •Identified potential fault/ risks and recommended improvements to enhance daily work performance. •Develop and maintain rapport with customers facing severe equipment issues, leading remedial actions and follow-up measures to ensure customer satisfaction •Assisted project teams with revised designs, variations, and updated cost calculations. •Track and assess the incoming quality from suppliers, focusing on Electrical and IT equipment and report on supplier performance.
