Alessandro Leone

I am a spatial designer based in Milan, specializing in retail environments and brand spaces. My practice explores how spatial design shapes community experience, creating interiors where commercial function and social engagement coexist. I approach each project with research-driven inquiry into brand identity, customer behavior, and spatial potential, letting form emerge from function rather than imposing aesthetics.

Collaborating with Studio Andrea Caputo and other independent commissions, I have developed retail spaces for fashion and lifestyle brands at different scales and market positions. My work covers the full lifecycle of spatial design, from concept development and material selection to construction coordination and final execution. I prioritize material authenticity and programmatic clarity, conceiving spaces as frameworks for interaction that balance visual identity with operational needs and community building. Each project negotiates permanence and evolution, creating environments that adapt while retaining spatial integrity.
