Use multiple tools to handle Verizon-related issues involving mobile devices, internet connectivity, and billing inquiries. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, guidelines, and relevant safety and payment/security policies.

Create promotional and advertising assets for theater plays, including posters, visual layouts, and social media advertisements. Produce visual materials such as banners, props, illustrations, and animations used during performances. Design digital and physical pamphlets/booklets for theater productions, and help reinvent visual identity for former play flyers and promotional media. Provide digital illustrations for visual media, children’s storybooks, prints, and stickers.
