I’m an illustrator based in London, Ontario, with a degree in Architecture and Urbanism and postgraduate training in Children’s Book Illustration. My work focuses on creating engaging characters, expressive emotions, and imaginative worlds that connect with young readers.
My background working closely with children has also given me a unique understanding of how children respond to images, colours, characters, and visual storytelling. I bring this perspective into every project, creating illustrations that feel warm, playful, and emotionally engaging.
I’m particularly interested in children’s books, character design, editorial illustration, educational materials, and storytelling projects. I enjoy collaborating with authors, publishers, and creative teams to turn ideas and stories into memorable visual experiences.

O Despertar is a children’s book illustration project about a little wolf cub who dreams of discovering his own voice and learning to howl.
Throughout his journey, he experiences frustration and moments of self-doubt, but with the support of the Moon, he learns that every attempt is part of the process and that believing in yourself can be the first step toward achieving a dream.
For this project, I developed the characters, environments, visual storytelling, and page compositions, focusing on expressive characters and emotional moments that connect with young readers.
This project was also an important milestone in my development as a children’s book illustrator, allowing me to explore the complete visual process of creating a picture book from character development and world-building to narrative pacing and final illustrations.
Lulu at the Beach is a children’s book illustration project following Lulu, a curious Shih Tzu discovering the small wonders of the beach.
For this project, I focused on character development, expressive poses, colour, atmosphere, and visual storytelling designed to engage young readers.
The illustrations were created to capture Lulu’s curiosity and sense of discovery while creating a warm and playful world for children to explore.
Red Hood is a contemporary illustrated interpretation of the classic Little Red Riding Hood story, created as a children’s book project.
In this project, I explored character design, visual storytelling, and expressive scenes to bring a familiar story to life through a playful and engaging visual language.
I focused on developing the characters and environments while creating illustrations that support the narrative and capture the emotions, atmosphere, and sense of adventure within the story.
This project allowed me to explore the visual development of a picture book, from character creation and scene development to composition and storytelling.
Margot is a girl who loves mushrooms, and her curiosity leads her on a magical adventure.
