Isabela (Izzy) Tanashian (b. 1998) is a writer, editor, composer and voiceover actor based in NYC & Boston. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Music Composition at The Juilliard School, where she spent the majority of her time developing a unique voice influenced by the sonic capabilities of electronic music. In 2021, she created an experimental multimedia short film which was presented at Juilliard’s “Beyond the Machine” production. After this experience, she began working with filmmakers to create soundtracks for their films. Izzy has always been passionate about creative writing, a pastime she revisited after graduating college alongside a burgeoning love of cinema. To date, she has completed two short screenplays. She directed one of these screenplays, Immortal She, which is beginning its festival run.
