Sole designer for ZILO Migrate, an AI data migration tool; turned complex workflows into an easy-to-use experience. Led UX for ZILO Invest, a digital investment portal, delivering multiple customer and professional journeys from concept through to shipped UI on desktop and mobile. Owned the user testing process, running sessions, collating findings, and translating insights into iterative design improvements.

UX Designer at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd (Australia)

January 1, 2021 - January 1, 2023

First in-house UX designer for Zurich Australia, conducting UX research and interface design for regulated insurance products, including Zurich’s client-facing digital estate. Mentored junior designers through critique and delivery support. Designed and shipped customer-facing native mobile apps for financial services partners, including Hostplus member dashboard, Medibank Member App cover and pricing, and Up Bank saver protection. Facilitated a five-day design sprint for Digital HQ, producing a funded output that became the Teams landing page for Zurich employees in Australia.
