Jaden Egan is a classically trained composer and guitarist, with a BM in Music Composition from the University of Florida. He has amassed a respectable classical guitar repertoire and was recently a semi-finalist in the UF Guitar Competition performing Tedesco’s Capriccio de Goya no.18. His focus is in film scoring, and he has created scores for festival touring short films, feature film trailers, as well as other forms of artistic visual media. Given his experience in the film industry from a young age, the process by which a director/crew operates is not a foreign concept, and this familiarity creates a sturdier bridge with which ideas can cross. Coming from a classical pedagogy at the University of Florida, Jaden has created many scores for the concert hall and has written scores for well-regarded chamber ensembles such as The Black Box Ensemble and FlyDlphn.
