With extensive experience in storytelling, film, theatre, and music, his combined works in dramatic storytelling have garnered over 150 awards and recognitions. Educated at Cambridge University, University of Utah, and Westminster College, he is a national associate member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (Emmys) Music peer group, a full member of the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Producers (ASCAP) since 1999, a full member of the Society of Composers and Lyricists (SCL), a member of the Academy of Scoring Arts (ASA), a member of the American Society of Music Arrangers and Composers (ASMAC), and a lifetime member of the Cambridge University Film & Television Society (CFTV). He has taught at USC and is on the faculty at Caltech. He lives and works in Los Angeles, California.
