I am Jenna Bergstraesser, a dedicated costume designer and artist based in North Hollywood, CA, with extensive experience in film, television, and live theatre. I excel at delivering high‑quality wardrobe on tight lead times and budgets, collaborating with actors and crews to bring characters to life. I thrive on creating custom designs that are either built or sourced from thrifting and rentals to create cohesive, thematically rich looks for diverse bodies and audiences. My work includes designing for the Disney Parks worldwide for 8 years (including Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, Avengers Campus, the Grand Californian Hotel, and the Oogie Boogie Bash) and since, in the last 5 years, eight world premiere theatre productions at The Road Theatre and upcoming features: Feast, For Matilda, Sometimes It Feels Like the Last Summer, and The Head of John the Baptist. I most recently designed Six Flags’ DC Heroes and Villains show— the park’s rave-reviewed return to live entertainment. As a visual artist/illustrator, my art has been featured worldwide in books, illustration publications, and at live events. I graduated from Oberlin College with a Visual Arts degree with a concentration in Costume Design.
