    Postage Meter UI
I created Figma prototypes to test refilling postage on a postage meter UI. In these cases, screen content needs to be clear and navigate users one step at a time, so as not to frustrate or confuse users.
    Packaging Process Instructions
I redesigned instructions to help internal employees process packages. Poor photos with too many details were replaced with illustrations that gave focus to the process.
    Design of PB SmartCodes Products
I was lead designer on PB SmartCodes, designing QR code campaigns across products and designing online instructions for users to go step-by-step through the
    Shipping and Mailing Kiosk
I've recently used Figma to build workflows for a postage kiosk product, where customer direction was fluid, team dynamics were changing with tight deadlines. Sprint by sprint, I reviewed prototypes with team members, welcoming input and feedback through Figma comments. I then built Figma prototypes and worked with a Design Researcher to share with existing and potential customers, whose invaluable input was analyzed and led to design iterations. For the very same project, I used Adobe Illustrator to quickly create clean, scalable vector graphics that were used as icons, buttons, and illustrations. I used Adobe Photoshop to capture imagery that was used within the ad space, and I used Adobe After Effects to create animations for transitions.
