I'm a founder‑operator, radio presenter and audio content creator with a passion for connecting communities through sound, storytelling and independent culture. I lead the day‑to‑day operations of our station — managing audio and visual output, designing programme rotations, schedules and automation systems that keep us running and evolving. I also plan and produce our social media content, build and support a network of volunteers, contributors and industry partners, and develop collaborative systems that enable listener and volunteer contributions. We are currently achieving over 2,200 streams per month and approaching 100k streams since our launch. I oversee subscriptions, budgeting and listener fundraising, while securing sponsorships and strategic partnerships to sustain growth.
