João Lucas de Carvalho

Hello! I’m a product designer leader with a passion for shaping end-to-end digital experiences through collaborative, data-informed design. I’ve spent the past several years guiding cross-functional teams, building design systems, and delivering impactful solutions for startups and agencies alike. I thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy turning complex problems into intuitive, delightful products.

Over the years I’ve led remote design teams, partnered with marketing, data visualization, and AI initiatives, and driven initiatives from discovery through high-fidelity prototyping. I love mentorship, hands-on design work, and creating scalable experiences that balance user needs with business goals.
