My name is James and I am a freelance compositor/editor based in Bristol. For the past 6 years I have been working in the animation industry primarily as a Compositor/Editor. For 2.5 of those 6 years I have spent time as a Freelance Motion Graphics Artist & Animator, and the other 3.5 as a contracted Compositor/Editor at Sun & Moon Studios working across 4 productions. In my time in these roles, I was required to already have a high skillset in Adobe After Effects upon entering the position, and I was expected to rapidly expand my skillset both within the software, but also to learn how to animate & Composite within other software while on the job.
