Work Experience

Designer at Troy Lee Designs
May 19, 2009 - May 4, 2012
At the start, my focus was in Print Design and Apparel Graphics. It would encompass everything from: catalog layout/execution, GTM assets, product photography, and artwork setup for garments. All aspects of apparel design, development, and production were taught by my mentor: cut/sew, construction, garment fit, spec, color matching, engineered prints, costing...everything. That started my adventure into the world of design and as an Apparel Designer.
SR Designer at Fox Head Inc
May 14, 2012 - May 14, 2018
Started in a development-focused role, but was quickly redirected to the Design team. I managed all moto softgoods categories for both Fox and Shift. From design inception thru pre-production, I was the lead designer in charge of coordinating all apsects of the design process with other departments for a successful on-time launch. Specialized in: color, sublimation, graphic setup/alignment, trims, chassis design/fit, and Athlete SMUs for the department.
Sr Designer at ICON Motosports
July 22, 2018 - August 1, 2021
At ICON, I went back to my roots in Graphic Design, while also helped with all things marketing-related: seasonal catalogs, sales presentations, sell-in sheets, photostudio art direction, videoshoot production, product launch assets for web/email, and GTM web launches. Simultaneously, I worked on graphics and artwork for helmets, gloves, gear and seasonal apparel capsules.
SR Designer at 100%
August 7, 2021 - Present
Recruited to lead 100% to the forefront of MTB apparel. Sole in-house softgoods designer responsible for all design-related functions. Restructured the line to improve fit, fabrics, and function to make a cohesive collection. Design and develop industry-leading goggle graphics for both the MX and Snow categories. Looking into the future, I took the initiative to learn 3D apparel programs to help facilitate the design/development process.
