Drafted an AI & Data Strategy Framework; worked on data architecture, user engagement analytics and a point-earning system. Recruited and managed engineers and software developers; built a relational database (MySQL) storing 400,000+ learner records with governance and scalability. Designed data infrastructure and analyzed teacher–student performance metrics, generating dashboards that significantly improved learning outcomes. Led full-stack data platform initiatives and contributed to the platform’s data strategy, ML alignment, and product growth.
