MSYS 2D Short film

I worked as a Producer and 2D Animator on Mar Salado y Sandalias, a 2D frame by frame animated short film (3 minutes long) developed as a slice of life project. My role involved overseeing both the creative and production aspects to ensure a cohesive and high-quality final result.

As a producer, I was responsible for organizing workflows, coordinating with the team, and managing timelines to meet production goals efficiently. On the animation side, I contributed to frame by frame character animation, focusing on performance, timing, and emotional clarity to support the narrative.
