About
I’m John Chen, an art director and creative designer with strong experience in animation, illustration, and video editing across both China and Romania. I enjoy turning ideas into visual stories—whether that’s character and 2D/3D artwork, advertising visuals, or polished motion and video content—using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, and 3ds Max.
I also love teaching and sharing creative skills. In my career, I’ve worked in education as an art teacher and I’ve taught Chinese and Chinese calligraphy, combining creativity with clear instruction. I’m motivated by project-based teamwork, quality production, and continuous learning, and I take pride in award-winning work including TV packaging films, published animation books, and parade float computer production.
