I worked with Hangry Joe’s, a U.S.-based fast-casual restaurant brand, on social media marketing and creative production for its Virginia locations.
My role focused on developing engaging, brand-aligned content designed to strengthen the restaurant’s social media presence and make its food products stand out visually.
My work included:
• Social media content planning and creative direction
• Graphic design for promotional and seasonal campaigns
• Short-form video and Reel concepts
• Video editing and visual storytelling
• Social media captions and copywriting
• Competitor and content research to identify high-performing creative formats
• Developing hooks and concepts designed around food-focused, entertaining content
• Creating campaign visuals while maintaining consistency with Hangry Joe’s existing brand identity
I also developed creative concepts specifically for short-form content, combining strong food visuals with simple, relatable scenarios designed for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
One example was a Reel built around the idea, “You said you’d only eat one tender,” starting with a full tray of chicken tenders and ending with an empty tray. The concept was designed to showcase the product naturally while using humor and a recognizable social-media format rather than relying on traditional advertising.
Throughout the project, my focus was on combining marketing strategy, graphic design, video editing, and creative direction to create content that felt native to social media while still supporting the brand’s commercial goals.
