My career spans founding Resolve Media, a graphic design and branding studio, and leading creative strategy at SUMO Heavy Industries. I’ve built teams, driven brand awareness, and boosted customer acquisition through clear communication and strategic, creative thinking.
SUMO Heavy Industries was an e-commerce consulting firm I worked with from their founding in 2011 until their acquisition in 2023. I built their brand identity and full standards manual and ran their social media throughout that relationship. Along the way, I launched and co-hosted their daily podcast, The eCommerce Minute, which ran over 700 episodes before being sunset.
At ITX my main role was as content editor and producer. • Led production of the weekly Product Momentum podcast, including audio and video editing. • Developed social media strategy, creating engaging content derived from podcast episodes. • Launched and managed the Product Momentum YouTube channel, expanding the podcast’s reach and audience engagement.
SUMO Heavy was a digital commerce consulting company (acquired Sept 2023). As one of the founding team members, I had the unique opportunity to take on a diverse range of responsibilities within the organization. • Writing, producing, editing for the eCommerce Minute Podcast (over 700 episodes). • Writing and maintaining the SUMO Heavy Blog. • Design and scheduling of all social media. • Designing white papers, case studies and slide decks.
