Lead the full progression and game design pipeline for a mobile title (Brick/Shift), including onboarding, monetization (ads and IAP), and live-ops features (daily bonuses, events). Wrote the full Game Design Document, balanced the game economy and meta systems, and led feature prioritization, bug triage, production timelines, and tradeoffs. Prototyped UX flows with After Effects and Photoshop to visualize interactions and rhythm, and coordinated across teams using Jira and Confluence to ship updates. Managed onboarding, monetization, and live-ops features while balancing delivery timelines and stakeholder expectations.
