Hi, I’m Julien De Witte, a Belgian independent video director based in Overijse. I’m the founder and presenter of Cargo TV, where I direct, shoot, edit and produce a wide range of video content for brands and TV channels. My work spans documentaries, shorts and corporate video, and I’ve collaborated with RTBF, MTV, France 4 and TV5 Monde. I recently released my first short, Bière amère (2021). I’ve studied film scriptwriting through masterclasses at Y-House and participated in the Sundance film school program to deepen my storytelling craft.
I bring a hands-on, collaborative approach to every project, combining camera work, editing and creative production to tell compelling stories. I’ve built a track record of delivering high-quality visuals for TV and online platforms while growing my own production company and the Cargo TV platform.
