Aloha! I'm Julia. I'm a nationally award winning graphic designer based out of Honolulu. My clients range from international yoga celebrities to small business owners--and anywhere in between. With clients all over the world from Aruba to New Zealand, my office moves with the wifi. A few of my notable clients are Rachel Brathen (@Yoga_Girl), oneOeight yoga, From the Heart podcast featuring musicians, artists, and actors such as Nahko Bear, Seal, Lena Dunham and writer Cheryl Strayed (portrayed by Reese Witherspoon in the movie Wild), as well as international foundation Project Heal, whom I also write for. I specialize in branding and social media curation. As a part-time writer myself, I like to focus on the empowerment and establishment of businesses by giving them a strong brand foundation and the confidence to attract their dream clients. While branding is my specialty, I have experience in everything from campaign marketing to event design. I am a recipient of the Sappi Ideas That Matter Grant (an award given to under 9 designers across the country) as well as over 18 Addys! But when it really comes down to it, my favorite projects are those that make a change in the community. My main goal is to use my skills to encourage others and better the world we live in. Aside from design, I'm a writer and poet, featured in world-wide speaker and writer Jennifer Pastiloff's The Manifest Station blog.
