A residential project developed for a home in Florida, designed with a coastal-inspired style that reflects the relaxed and bright atmosphere the client envisioned. The concept focused on creating an open and integrated living space, connecting the kitchen, dining, and living areas to encourage everyday interaction and comfort. Large openings and soft materials were used to maximize natural light and reinforce the light, airy feeling typical of coastal homes.

The design carefully balanced the client’s aesthetic goals with the established project budget, selecting materials, finishes, and furniture that support both functionality and visual harmony. From a technical perspective, the project was developed in Revit, ensuring a well-structured model and clear documentation for the engineering team. The visualizations were later produced in 3ds Max using Corona Renderer, allowing the design intent to be communicated through photorealistic imagery.

This workflow helped translate the architectural concept into a clear visual narrative while maintaining technical precision throughout the process.
