Painting and drawing are my forms of expression and I am looking for work in the visual arts I have a level 3 in Education and Training as well as a BA Hons in Fine Art – Painting and Drawing. In my current role as a wellbeing and Youth development Lead, I have successfully delivered educational and inspiring art based content to individuals around themes of Colour therapy, chromatic adaptation, composition, 2D design, illustration and Art history to help with wellbeing, confidence, self-reflection and evaluation. I have delivered community workshops and exhibited for the NHS and The Wallich, as well as illustrating numerous publications for Candy Jar Independent publisher. I am competent at using illustration software and GNU image manipulation software, and this has enabled me to create informative, interactive and versatile session content to cater for various learning styles and abilities. 2017-PRESENT CANDY JAR BOOKS – FREELANCE ILLUSTRATOR Cardiff based publishing house. Through running this project, the Arts for Health and Wellbeing Team’s aim was to use collaborative art to breakdown the stigma around homeless and allow residents to feel more connected and welcome in NHS services.
