Hi, I’m Justin Randolph, a results-driven consultant, educator, and trainer with over 17 years of experience in classroom and online teaching and course development. I’m proud of a strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and a passion for turning ideas into practical learning experiences that empower people and communities.
I work across cultures and disciplines, adapting to diverse educational and artistic contexts. My focus is facilitating student-centered learning, research, development, and creativity, with a commitment to leveraging my ethnomusicology, arts, and language development expertise to support sustainable community initiatives worldwide.
As a songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer, I:
-Produce, mix, and master audio with expertise across genres and formats, supported by a portfolio that
includes three solo albums, seven collaborative releases, and original scores for three theatre productions
-Create and release original music while also mentoring and educating youth and adults in songwriting and
musical expression, fostering confidence through individualized coaching and group instruction
-Coordinate and lead ensembles for church services, conferences, and special events, scheduling rehearsals
and incorporating multilingual and multicultural music
-Perform as a multi-instrumentalist and vocalist with proficiency in piano, guitar, drums

Provide strategic leadership to the Global Ethnomusicology and Arts Community of Practice, establishing training standards, promoting best practices, and cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in arts-based community engagement. Represent SIL in academic and professional forums and contribute to interdisciplinary collaboration, knowledge exchange, and thought leadership in ethn arts, language development, and cultural research communities.
Design and lead intensive certificate training programs and cross-cultural mentorships for students across Southeast Asia and globally, empowering professionals to integrate local cultural elements into sustainable development initiatives. Focuses include cultural research, analysis, community development, and empowerment; supports curriculum development and instruction in a Master's linguistics program, contributing to academic excellence and student success. Delivers dynamic courses in in-person and online learning environments, tailored to diverse cultural and professional contexts. Trains and mentors over 200 students from 30 countries, fostering cross-cultural understanding and practical application of training content.
Lead strategic vision and execution of music and arts initiatives across SIL’s Eurasia Area; coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and assignment of new ethn arts staff; ensure ongoing mentorship and professional development for all ethn arts personnel; facilitate a monthly community of practice to foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing; partner with Language Program Services to train and equip multidisciplinary consultants.
